What file format is the download?
The paid download is a zip file. Unzip it on your computer. These are the files inside.
Autonomous Business Starter
Unzip autonomous-business-starter. Inside is an Astro 5 and Tailwind 4 static directory site, sample data (3 categories, 15 tools and 6 guides, in plain JSON/JS files), Python scout and evidence scripts, four Markdown routine prompts, AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md, plus docs/SETUP.md and docs/RUNBOOK.md.
MCP Server Pack
Unzip mcp-server-pack. Inside are six TypeScript MCP servers, prebuilt JavaScript in dist/servers/, package.json, JSON configs for Claude Desktop and Cursor, and a Markdown doc per server (including a Claude Code snippet). The zip has those prebuilt dist/ files and does not include node_modules.
Local-LLM App Starter
Unzip local-llm-app-starter. Inside is a Node.js app: a plain Node backend with no runtime dependencies, a vanilla JavaScript UI, setup.ps1 (Windows) and setup.sh (Linux/macOS), a Python GPU-fit tool, smoke tests, and Markdown docs including the VRAM guide. Vite is a dev dependency. Setup runs npm install.
Agent Safety & Hooks Pack
Unzip agent-safety-hooks. Inside are plain Node.js scripts (.mjs) with no dependencies, JSON example configs, Markdown, Cursor .mdc rules, a git pre-commit installer, and a test script. The README describes that test as 57 checks. There is no npm install inside the pack. Copy the folder into a project you already have.
Agent-Ready Rules Bundle
Unzip agent-ready-rules. Inside are AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and a hidden .cursor/rules folder of .mdc files, for 8 stacks: Next.js, Astro, FastAPI, Node API, Expo, Go, Rust and Tauri. There is no app to start.
Next.js and FastAPI are also a separate free zip on the Free page.
Pro Prompt Pack
Unzip lilaforge-pro-prompt-pack. Inside are 209 prompts as Markdown by category plus prompts/all-prompts.json, 10 workflows as Markdown and JSON, and 12 slash-command Markdown files for Claude Code and Cursor. There is no installer and no server.
A free selection of the prompts is at prompts.lilaforge.com. The zip is the full set of files.
What software does each kit need?
The list for each kit is the same as its Getting started page.
Autonomous Business Starter
- Node.js 20 or newer.
- Python 3.11 or newer. scout.py and evidence.py use the Python standard library only.
- Git.
- A free Cloudflare account when you publish. The local preview does not need one.
- A coding agent such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex is recommended. The zip includes AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md.
- No API keys for the scout or evidence scripts. Publishing later needs CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID in your environment. docs/SETUP.md says to keep those out of project files.
MCP Server Pack
- Node.js 18.17 or newer. That is the engines field in package.json.
- npm, which is installed with Node.
- An MCP client that can start a local stdio server. The zip has configs for Claude Desktop and Cursor, and the docs have a Claude Code snippet for each server.
- No API keys and no network for the smoke test. The README says it launches every server with the official MCP client against a local mock.
- Ollama on this machine, only if you turn on ollama-bridge. A GitHub token, only for private repositories or for creating issues and comments.
Local-LLM App Starter
- Node.js 18 or newer. nodejs.org
- Ollama. On Windows, setup.ps1 offers a winget install when the ollama command is missing. On Linux and macOS, setup.sh offers the official install script. Both tell you to install from the Ollama site if you skip that. ollama.com
- Python is optional. setup.ps1 runs the GPU check when python is on PATH and skips it with a pointer to docs/VRAM.md when it is not.
- Disk space and time for the model download. The default chat model is llama3.2:3b, and the script also pulls nomic-embed-text. A large pull can run past this first sitting.
- A network connection for the install and the model download. After that, the server listens on 127.0.0.1 and the chat goes to local Ollama.
Agent Safety & Hooks Pack
- Node.js 18 or newer. package.json sets engines to >=18, and the scripts have no dependencies.
- The project you want the hooks to protect, on disk.
- Claude Code, Cursor, or both. Ready-made configs are in examples/claude/ and examples/cursor/.
- Git on PATH, if you want the pre-commit hook. The installer runs git rev-parse, and the test suite's last checks create a throwaway repository.
The scripts work on Windows, macOS and Linux.
Agent-Ready Rules Bundle
- No extra runtime for the files themselves. Each stack is AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and a hidden .cursor/rules folder.
- An agent that reads them. The README lists Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Aider and Jules for AGENTS.md, Claude Code for CLAUDE.md, and Cursor for the .mdc files.
- The tools named in that stack's "Checks to run before finishing" block, when you want the agent to run them. The file says that if a command is missing in this repo, the agent should use the nearest equivalent and say so. You can copy the files before those tools are installed.
Pro Prompt Pack
- A chat or coding agent you already use. Each prompt in the pack has a model note saying what kind of model it suits.
- Claude Code or Cursor, only if you want the slash commands. The files are in commands/claude-code/ and commands/cursor/.
- No Node install, no API key, and no account on this site to use the files.
How do updates work?
Updated versions appear in your Polar purchase page. Each kit is a one-time purchase.
What may I do with the files?
Each kit page, including Pro Prompt Pack, says: one-time purchase. Use it in your own and client projects; don't resell the kit itself.
These downloads include LICENSE.md:
- Autonomous Business Starter
- MCP Server Pack
- Local-LLM App Starter
- Agent Safety & Hooks Pack
- Agent-Ready Rules Bundle
That file says: "Lila Forge Kits license: one-time purchase. Use it in unlimited projects you own or build for clients. Don't resell or redistribute the kit itself, modified or not. Provided as-is, without warranty."
The free Agent-Ready Rules (lite) zip is a direct download, not a paid checkout. Its LICENSE.md says: "Agent-Ready Rules Lite: free. Use it in any projects you own or build for clients. Do not resell or redistribute the files themselves. Provided as-is, without warranty."
Payments and refunds
Checkout is handled by our merchant of record (taxes included). Each kit is a one-time purchase in US dollars. The buy button on the kit page opens Polar checkout for that kit.
Refunds are not described on this site. Read Polar's terms.
